1 — Information We Collect & Retain
We collect your name, email, social handle, messages, Calendly scheduling info, and anonymous site analytics. We don't collect financial or sensitive data through the Site. Retention: applications 12 months, newsletter until you unsubscribe, analytics 14 months, contact forms 6 months. Onboarding info is governed by a separate Creator Agreement.
2 — How We Use & Share
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, send newsletter content, and improve the Site. We don't sell or rent it. We use trusted vendors (Google Analytics, Calendly, our email provider) bound by their own policies, and disclose only when required by law.
3 — How We Protect It
Site traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Data is stored with trusted providers (Google Workspace, Calendly). Internal access is limited. No system is 100% secure — we do our best.
4— Your Rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, unsubscribe, or opt out of analytics. California and Nevada residents have additional rights — email hello@allore.co.
5 — Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies, anonymized Google Analytics, and Calendly cookies. Meta or Google retargeting pixels may be added later. Block cookies via your browser if you prefer.
